WIP - Creatures of Ileyeah by Bloodhound Omega

ATTENTION! That image is freaking huge.... and it still is lacking details. >_<

This is the result of about two weeks drawing at least a sketch every day. A sketch usually contained four till five critters, which have then finally all been puzzled together to this giant piece.

What you see here are a total of 41 critters, all designed for Ileyeah, the homeworld of my Bloodhounds. Some of those designs have been created up till 12 years ago, some have been born last week, some didn't change at all over the years and some can not be recognized.

The creatures are mostly sorted by the area in which they appear, but some wouldn't fit into their group because of their size. I will add a list of names and locations to the scans I'm going to upload to scraps later.

More information to be found here --> http://bloodhound-omega.deviantart.com/art/Creatures-of-Ileyeah-58842555

Medium: sketch, Photoshop 7
Tags: monster creature alien critter bloodhound ileyeah bloodhounds
On Duty by Bloodhound Omega

Seems this particular temple guard is not too keen of his job. *g*

Poor fella has been waiting to be coloured since last summer. >_< It's the second finished entry of "Bloodi's Anthropomorphic Alphabet of Exotic Animals" which will probably end up being about mammals mostly, if not only. We'll see about that.

Anyway. B is for Binturong.

Experimented with textures, background and light a bit and aside from me killing my entire arm in finishing him in only three days I am rather happy with the result. :)
Let's hope the other 24 letters won't imply so much work as this one did. ^^;

Medium: Ink, Water Colours, Colour Pencils
Tags: statue guard temple binturong boredom indonesia
See right through you by Bloodhound Omega

This is a Kami for MagusLupus. He asked me to design him a very own Kami, based on the ones created by the wizards of the coasts for MTG.

Being a fan of eyes and telepaths (I blame you, JMS!) I wanted to create something that evokes the impression of staring right through you.

I think I am sloooowly getting the gists of Photoshop. At least I managed to create something I am rather proud of. Now I only need to overcome my fear of digital media and don't do such things once a year or so. ^^;

Btw. At my parent's screen the piece was slightly too bright, here it is slightly too dark... so there's hope you guys will see it just right. *laughs*

Medium: pencil, photoshop 7
Tags: spirit Element demon the the eyes of magic god eye eye kami okami kamigawa gathering wizards coast mtg
